    • CAVEAT LECTOR! The Soncino translation is designed to mislead and veil the pervasive anti-Gentile content of the тαℓмυd. Euphemisms and code word substitution are used.  Some anti-Gentile and pedophilic exhortations are relegated to tiny footnotes. Beware!

    The Steinsaltz translations were accurate, but so. inflamed gentile readers that publication was stopped and volumes were recalled.
