The second link didn't work for me either. But I found a working one (though quite slow, 73MB in ~10mins):

Hmmmm. The second link worked for me, took me right to it. 

For those for whom the link works, that site is very good. The search function for word in the individual books works beautifully, and they seem to have a lot of material.
