  • Confiding in the grace of God, the maternal intervention of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and in the patronage and tutelage of the Angelical Doctor, Saint Thomas Aquinas, I purpose to present to the readers of CathInfo the treasury of sacred doctrine as furnished by the rare tome A Compendium of Theology: Comprising of the Essential Doctrinal Points of Both Dogmatic and Moral Theology, Together with the More Important Notions of Canon Law, Liturgy, Pastoral and Mystical Theology, and Christian Philosophy by the Very Rev. Fr. J. Berthier (trans. Rev. Fr. Sidney A. Raemers; St. Louis, MO: B. Herder Book Co., 1931-34).
