    • The problem with certain areas of California is that they should never have been allowed to grow the mammoth porportions of today. The aquifer supplying Southern California has been going dry for years. In a martial law situation, they could strategically blow the water supply and literally millions would be dead in California in 3 days. I am glad that I do not live there.
