  • Yes, here in Illinois ( Land of corrupt governors and Barak Obama), NiCor Gas is simply out of control. Not only with the monthly bill , but with charges of all sorts. Since January of this year my family has paid over $2,200.00 to NiCor. This even with my having "locked" my monthly payments to $210.00  every month of the year on their time payment program. At the end of last year out of the blue we were socked with two enourmous bills so that we had to pay in over $1,000 at the end of last year as well. And no matter how I am certainly paying each month the bill (even though it is "locked) keeps mounting. Call them and they have so many mumbling excuses on why this is normal and that I better pay faster.
