  • All of this is not going to happen in the very near future. If things go too south they are going to allow Fannie and Freddie to do foreclosure bail-outs and raise the LTV amounts.

    I just don't see this happening near an election. Might it after the presidential election? Maybe, but not with the current scenario.

    The fed will drop their rate if they need to and raise inflation some more in order to stop a complete disaster.
