  • That is until now...2018 and particularly 2019 saw new housing starts surge while population growth of the under 70 year old population took another leg down.  The result was more than five new housing starts per every new under 70 year-old in the US...aka, the hockey stick chart below.

The author screwed up the "0-70 Pop. Growth/Housing Starts." It should be reversed to:  "0-70 Housing Starts/Pop. Growth."

Developers are digging up everything where I live. I am seeing the old way of living in Northern Idaho disappearing under the crush of Southern Californians.

I hate the Federal Reserve. It has literally destroyed this country. The year 1913 was one of the darkest years in human history.

It ain't over until it's over.

Looks as if it might be over.

Now does the 10% flip and vote that communist Sanders in?

  • They've been building like crazy in my AO for years now, especially apartments/condos.  I keep asking myself: Where are all of these people coming from to fill these?

  • This should be it. A stock market crash that will make 1929 seem like child's play.
