I've read some of these, Cub, and none of it is news.  Can I assume that you also believe that we the people should take action?  

For some time now I have "felt" that Bush will share the same fate as Mousellini.  Perhaps this is why.

Perhaps Bush, Sr, pronounced their doom.  It's just too bad that fifteen years later we have allowed them to further dismantle this country and still don't "know the truth" which is readily available.

You are preaching to the choir, Cub.  My question still remains, do you believe that we the people should be taking some action/s about this?

Huge subject.  I must get back to you on this later.  It's planting season right now, so I'm a little short on time for a day or two, and Sunday is spoken for.  It may be Monday before I can get back on this.  But it bears some serious scrutiny.

I haven't forgotten, Cub.  It's just been a very rough week.  Don't know when it will end, and I don't want to dig into this until I have the time and energy to do it right.

OK, Cub, keeping in mind that I do not even pretend to understand how higher finance works, here's the problem.  I have one son with whom I consistently disagree, or else he disagrees with me, I'm not sure which.  I tell him that our economy is being manipulated and that's why we're going down the tubes.  He tells me that it is not, that the problem is individual greed and inflation comes about because people pay whatever rather than cut back on their consumption.

Now I say that I don't understand how higher finance works.  I understand money as a medium of exchange---that makes sense to me.  But when money becomes a commodity itself, esp. fiat money and nonexistent stuff like futures, it ceases to make sense and I can't follow it.  I don't even want to follow it because it is a perversion, in my opinion.

This is coming from your first post on this thread.  Let's dig about in this for awhile before we move on.
