You understand very little, which apparently includes little knowledge of a simple google search on Affirmative Action.
As per Wiki:

There is a significant difference between affirmative action and quotas to fill jobs (which is what you alleged existed).  Indeed if you continue reading the very article you yourself quoted, you will see that racial and gender quota systems were declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
Now, to be clear, I do not support affirmative action, but we have to accurate in what we are saying.  It only hurts our cause if we allege the existence of something that doesn’t exist, and then later claim that you meant something else.
