    • I don't know that I'd tar Sundance with the Q brush.  Different animals all together.  Q was always dangling some ambiguous "hope"... that's not what this is.

    • In this particular case, that timeline is pinned to the US/Canadian transborder mandate plan.  It's not an arbitrary date that Sundance is setting or has any control over.  He's simply an observer.  Which, again, is a totally different framework and intent than Q-tardation.
