IIRC, that was the perennial "Q" assertion.... "We're just two weeks away from (insert some form of justice being perpetrated on any one of the many evil doers)!"  Of course, it never came.

I don't know that I'd tar Sundance with the Q brush.  Different animals all together.  Q was always dangling some ambiguous "hope"... that's not what this is.

In this particular case, that timeline is pinned to the US/Canadian transborder mandate plan.  It's not an arbitrary date that Sundance is setting or has any control over.  He's simply an observer.  Which, again, is a totally different framework and intent than Q-tardation.
