Of course, keeping it in "cash" in any form (savings account, CD, under mattress) is considered EXTREMELY CONSERVATIVE.

2/3 of people polled wanted their money in liquid, cash form -- interest rate return be darned.

Only 1/4 of people are suckers -- so stupid that they think the stock market has bottomed.
