  • What's interesting is how different everything is today, just 8 years later. 16% unemployment BEFORE the crash began? The Dow at 14K BEFORE the crash?
    Obama as president? A lot different.

    But there are some lessons and takeaways that still apply today.

    1. The fact that WALL ST and MAIN ST can be on different pages. Right, now, both are in chaos.
    2. Empty store shelves can lead to rioting.
    3. Throwing around 1.5 TRILLION dollars is no joke.

    Incidentally, they injected 1.5 trillion into the stock market last week. No one noticed.
    And QE4 is no longer science fiction, but current events!
