I don't understand how these places go up like tinderboxes. They're not made of wood, for one thing. They're mostly steel. And don't they have automatic fire extinguishing equipment that turns on automatically? I mean, we're not in the 19th century anymore, when every large building was basically a death trap waiting to happen.
And what are they doing in a chicken factory that involves the use of so much fire, anyway? They're not running ovens in there. What is the source of ignition?
