    • While Mr. Bonner makes a lot of money speaking of these matters, and has homes on at least three continents, those who speak more bluntly (including moi) used similar images back in 2008.  C'est la vie, as the fact that I, for one, do not have anything means I have never had anything to lose.  The 'bailouts', aside from being the end game for the biggest heist in history, have been nothing but the application of unplugged, weak-dog defibrillators to a long-dead corpse.
