    • I heard that the holders of these foreclosed upon homes in some areas, took bulldozers to the houses. They just did not know what to do with all the booty they collected. And, get this, did not want to keep up with the lawn upkeep and listen to other neighbors complain of the lawn while they waited for someone to come along and by the home.
