Canning or freezing those bad boys?
Tofu, tempeh, and natto are all processed soybeans. All of those are healthy. When I was schooling in Japan, the Japanese were shocked that I liked natto. Being gooey and fermented it is rather pungent and even most Japanese don't like it. A fairly common meal for our meatless days is steamed rice, natto, hot mustard, and tsukemono. Then they put vinegared pill bugs in front of me. I didn't try them. I didn't see any of them eating the pill bugs either.
I’ll stick to linguine alla puttanesca on my Fridays, thank you very much!😁my
