Could someone please direct me to good websites about economics. I want to understand better the reality of our economic situation and about how economics should work.

It will take some time to learn about economics.  My major is Economics with a finance minor.  Really the subject is a social science that involves money.  Just read LOT.  Pick up an economics book from ebay or amazon.  I will probably buy some old textbooks after I graduate they are good books to have around.

This book won't make you an economist, but it might wake you up to some things "economists" somehow find a way to laugh at (the same way the historians laugh at it - even though it's the truth)
