    • Asia's in the middle of an equities bloodbath!

    Hang Seng and Nikkei both down over 1.5% as I type this...

    I guess the meltdown begins, eh?
    How ridiculous that the DOW just set a record. THERE IS NO LOGICAL REASON for any of the recent buying. People have lost their rational minds.

    At any rate, the DOW is only up in "nominal" terms, i.e. not adjusted for inflation.
    If you factored in inflation, the DOW would have to be like 15,000 just to be even with what we had in 2000.
