Thoughts on giant trees?

  • Just came across the topic from a FE channel and wondering what people think about it before I further dive into it. I think in summary their theory is that all mountains are cut off trees by angels before the Flood. As for evidence... Because it looks like it?

There is no such creature s a prehistoric tree. Trees were created on the third day round about 6 thousand years ago. Three days later man arrived on the scene.

since when has woodcutting been a criminal / sinful act?

    Far too emotive.

What is the link for the OP?

Why would angels cut off trees? Makes no sense to me.

  • No offense, but those cell walls would have to be rather large and long to make Devils Tower. :laugh1:

Go with your instincts, there are a lot of crazy people and nefarious shisters on the internet. Trust me, mountains are NOT and never were trees.

For what doth it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his own soul? Or what exchange shall a man give for his soul?

Certainly not all of them, but there are some that certainly resemble petrified trees rather than natural rock formations.  Probably a case by case thing.

  • A Catholic has nothing to gain and a lot to lose delving into this esoteric stuff. It’s a real trap.

Very weird that this website is selling all the new age nonsense then mixing bible into it. But I only meant to give an introduction of this kind of idea.

No. it is not weird at all. Satan is very capable of quoting the Bible.
Do you swallow that stuff which is based on evolution and denies  God's creation?
Do you agree with placing trees above man in the order of creation?

I agree. It sounds like a distraction which also discredits FE.

    And FE discredits Geocentrism. 😝
