    Do you mean by 'seeing things that we shouldn't be able see' record breaking line of sight types of things?

    For Jeran (not discussing any shill aspect) I believe there were two main things: the sun being visible 24 hours and the glober-photographer (English bloke) explained equatorial mounts to him and that seemed to suffice. I have no idea about the others. The Globe Team, however, also seemed sure the equatorial mounts proved earth's rotation as well so it would be interesting to hear another take on that.
