okay, say the earth is flat.

That means, according to ever flat earth map I have ever seen, that South America, Africa and Australia are all opposed by roughly 120 degrees. The three continents face away from one another. Yet, at any given time of night, People on the same latitude in Australia, Africa and South America see the same night sky, albeit at different times. They see it all revolving around the same point in time lapse photography.

Now, what geometrical object do you have where you can have three people, each opposed to the other by 120 degrees face outward FROM one another and see the same point? Only one:

A sphere rotating on its axis. Or being rotated about, given geocentrism.

If a flat earther can clearly and unambiguously explain how three continents, each opposed to the other, can have people standing on a common plane, each facing AWAY from the others and all observe a common POINT I will become a flat earther.

Which canonized saints mocked God?

I don't know what saints may have ever mocked God, but what I do know is that not one of them ever mocked God by denying the flatness of the Earth.  To deny the flatness of the Earth is in no way, shape, or form to mock God!  If you don't agree I would ask you to provide any exact references/sources/quotes you may have for any saints' clear and unambiguous assertions that the Earth is flat.

“All educated persons of Columbus’ day, very much including the Roman Catholic prelates, knew the earth was round. The Venerable Bede (c. 673-735) taught that the world was round, as did Bishop Virgilius of Salzburg (c. 720-784), Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179), and Thomas Aquinas (c. 1224-74). All four ended up saints. Sphere was the title of the most popular medieval textbook on astronomy, written by the English scholastic John of Sacrobosco (c. 1200-1256). It informed that not only the earth but all heavenly bodies are spherical.'  ----Rodney Stark: Catholicism and Science, Stark, 9/2004.

Yes, it is wonderful, here is what I found on this site:

You should be embarrassed for thinking any of those are real. They are really, really, fake.
