Robert Sungenis has lots of splainin' to do. Good thing he's practicing some sort of congeniality. Skiba may not be Catholic, but he's got more decency in his approach to the subject than Sungenis because Skiba at least uses Scripture. Sungenis either denies Scripture or says it isn't clear. For someone who has studied Scripture and knows Scripture is first literal, that kind of talk borders heresy.
I agree.
Skiba does a good job of going over Kent Hovind's theories and showing how they don't really line up with reality or the literal interpretation of scripture.
Skiba says that Hovind will debate him on the flat earth only after he provides an accurate model of the flat earth, and Skiba explains that there is not accurate map of either the flat earth or globe earth, even though they (globe earthers) have had a lot longer to come up with an accurate model, which they haven't done. Evidently, there are 200 different models of the globe earth map.
Neil deGrasse Tyson does a good job of explaining the lack of knowledge in science regarding gravity and dark matter, at the 17:30 minute mark.
