In the video of the launch 2 days ago which I posted above (and below), minute 6 explains the second phase being shown, and at 7:40 the narrator says the curvature of the earth can be seen in the background behind the rocket engine.

At minute 12 during satellite deployment, you can see the curved perimeter of the spherical earth behind in the distance, with ocean and land both visible under light cloud cover, but mostly clear skies.
