Still listening and so sick of Sungenis saying "Ok? Ok? Ok?"

Sungenis tells the audience to trust NASA and believe their photos of a globe earth. 


However, he tells you NOT to believe NASA when they tell you earth is moving thru space around the sun.


So, which is it? NASA is lying about stationary geocentric earth, but NOT lying about globe earth? Why would they do that? Why would NASA lie about geocentric earth? He doesn't say.


Sungenis is a terrible example of Catholicism with his doublespeak: in the span of 40 minutes he tells you to DISBELIEVE the plain language of the book of Genesis, and BELIEVE "certain parts" of what comes from NASA, and not others.

Confused?

I would never "follow" Sungenis, a very confused man, with an enormous financial incentive riding upon his error.

He spent a self-professed $1 million of his backer's money on his film and couldnt get any viewers. Now he has a new book to sell.

Meanwhile, flat earthers on YT can rack up millions of views simply because they acknowledge the truth of the Bible which is visible with your eyes


The truth of flat earth is like a fire.

Ha ha.  Was trying to let the video load and got some more from Sungenis.  He says at about 17:00 or so, that if taken literally, if there is a dome, then the earth is flat.  And then he snorts as if to mock what he said.  Wow.  He draws the right conclusion and instantly sneers at it.  Then he blames other religions for saying the earth is covered by a firmament, when St. Basil, St. Augustine, St. Ambrose and Origen all taught that the dome, raqia, vault, tent of heaven is delineated by, a firmament, that is SOLID and impassable.  And this based on Scripture, Moses, Enoch way before the pagan civilizations he accuses.  Q. If Mr. S is ignorant of the Saints on the subject, why is he desperately attempting to debunk flat earth? 

A. Revenue.

Don't feel too sorry for Sungenis because I spoke to him 7 or 8 years ago on the subject and he rudely spurned non spherical earth and refused to discuss it.  It's not like he didn't have his chance to get it right long before he wrote the book or got backed by his millionaires to make the movie.

We don't have a photo of the entire earth.  But neither to heliocentric globe earthers have a photo of the earth.  NASA admits they can't give us one because they are all rendered graphics.  You will hear NASA artist admit how they make their graphics:  "They ARE photoshopped...But it's... it's... has to be" at around 4:00.  There are no full photos of the earth because earth is not a sphere.  And they don't want you to see the entire earth as it really is.

He says your "exegesis" is wrong.

Back to Sungenis:

He very dishonestly attempts to dismiss the famous Joshua Nowicki photos of Chicago from across Lake Michigan (which should not be visible due to curvature) as being due to "light refraction."


Unfortunately, for Sungenis there are many, many photos across LAND MASSES (no refraction) at distances that ought not to be visible if earth was curved. But of course he never addresses those.

He also says you are "prejudiced" if you believe the Bible.

Yes, that's right.

I am prejudiced to God's Word, I absolutely am.

Sungenis INSISTS we use Scripture to believe earth is not moving and his entire premise for geocentric globe is based on that and the Fathers. But not when Scripture and the Fathers tell us that earth is not a globe, that it has corners, pillars, breadth, a dome, ends, is bound at the edges, and the entirety of earth can be seen from certain high places?  Not only that, he says those who say otherwise do not believe Scripture or the Fathers.  What pray tell is Sungenis smoking?  

I did not to get to listen to the entire video earlier today.  I just finished.

At the 55:00 mark, he gets CORRECTED by a priest who states that icons of Jesus holding a sphere represents ALL of Creation, and that it is NOT a globe of earth.

Sungenis fails to grasp this distinction.


The line across the center of a globus crucifer represents the flat plane of earth.

Amazing.  I want to know who the priest is because that means he knows the iconography is true and reliable, but shows that Sungenis doesn't know what he's talking about.  Sungenis misunderstands the full scope of the teachings of iconography which shows the universe is like a globe, not the earth.  No wonder there is so much misunderstanding.  Satan has used modern science to capitalized on lack of information.  The question is, why is Sungenis playing into the lie?  Revenue?  Or loyalty?
