If the Earth is indeed Flat as Flat-Earthers claim, and the NWO knows this, why wouldn't the NWO believe in God and why would they try to actively hide this truth from the public?

Is this in similar vein with the claim that dinosaurs are a hoax invented by the NWO, etc etc?

But the NWO does believe in God. Jews (who are controlled by Rabbis) believe in their Old Testament God.
Masons believe in the great architect.

They both just think they can do anything they want. That believe in these gods has no real practical effect on their moral actions, like it does for us.

So they have no scruples lying to people. The earth is obviously not spinning and it is obviously not round. Something so fundamental to our existence, profoundly disturbs people and leads them eventually to lose their commons sense and their faith.

For those who are culpable yes. But human beings are different to angels in the amount of knowledge they have.
Further, Catholic philosophy says that people choose evil under the appearance of good.
They should know this is Satanic, but they choose not to know or are so blinded by other pervesity, that they "can't" see almost. There are always excuses. How much they will "wash" with the good Lord, is not for use to judge.

You're getting nowhere with nebulous fuzzy words like "culpable" and "different to angels" (?) and "appearance of good" and 
     "pervesity" (?) and "they 'can't' see almost" and "always excuses... they will wash with the good Lord" (?) and
     "not for use to judge" (?).

Go try your ambiguous fuzzy words where you might be able to make some sense for a change, like here.
