Your first few posts betray a gross ignorance of the points and arguments made by FEs, and therefore it's clear that you have not studied the matter at depth, but are merely clinging to your previously-held Globe belief / religion / brainwashing, and apply a confirmation bias to the debate, accepting whatever claims are made in favor of Globe and rejecting those made in favor of FE without really examining the claims of both sides with an open mind.

    

How do Flat Earthers explain the movement of the Foucault pendulum? The plane of the swing varies and rotates with a period that depends on the latitude of the pendulum’s location. The pendulum moves clockwise in the Northern hemisphere and counter clockwise in the Southern hemisphere and not at all on the equator. Further, the plane of swing varies gradually from the equator until the pendulum reaches a pole (either N or S). At the North or South pole the pendulum rotates in synch with the assumed rotation of the earth but in opposite directions.

I believe 100% that the sun revolves around the earth and the earth is the center of the universe (not just our galaxy; and the universe is not as extensive beyond our galaxy as claimed by "science"). Copernicus and Galileo lied. "Science" is lying.

I used to be fervently anti-flat earth but over the past several years, I've shifted to being open to FE's arguments and what seems to be evidence of FE. I'm now unsure if our earth is a globe or flat. I'm at the viewpoint that it's 50/50 probability of being flat.

Of course, whether we believe the earth is a globe or flat has no bearing on our salvation, but the true nature of the earth does reveal how much we've been intentionally deceived by "science". So I do think it's still important to know if the earth is a globe or flat just to gauge how much we're being deceived. Satan has been using "science" to deceive the world and will continue all the way through Anti-Christ's reign on earth.

Ladislaus. I'm not interested in a lengthy debate about a matter that does not pertain to Salvation. What I said about Atheists, I docuмented above - i.e. they were the ones who started the myth that medieval Christians believed in a Flat Earth, whereas medieval Christians actually knew the Earth was round and its approximate circuмference.

I'm not a science teacher and it's not in my job description to help show Flat Earthers they are wrong. But intuitively, airplanes and the fact one can travel from the Americas to Asia in two different ways already shows Flat Earth is empirically wrong. And this person explains more: "I've crushed the flat earth into smithereens more times than I can count, twice now without using any science at all, but how about one more? There are lots of commercial airline flights that prove conclusively that the earth is a sphere, and not a flat pancake. This is because the Southern Hemisphere exists. Let's take to the skies!" Saints have reported Christ or His Blessed Mother appearing with a Globe.

This is part of the issue with modern radtradism. Focus on minutiae rather than on what edifies and builds up the Faith. I don't think any trad Bishops agree with it, but I know there's some so-called society of "Flat Earth Trads". I'm a Glad Trad, and a so-called "Globe Earther" as I reject FE.
