Could somebody here please explain how NASA footage doesn't serve as a refutation of geocentrism if someone took it for granted that NASA footage is real? I don't see how it doesn't contradict geocentrism as it shows the Earth moving. (I myself hold geocentrism but I just want to understand how alleged footage of space doesn't serve as a refutation of it without going into whether the footage is genuine or not)
Indeed, as Quo mentioned, the perception of motion is relative, so a perception that the earth is moving can be created by the instrument that's taking the pictures actually being the one moving. Even Einstein admitted that he couldn't think of any optical experiment that could prove that the earth is in motion given his belief in the relativity of motion.
Of course, NASA has a long and well-docuмented track record of perpetrating fraud, so it's impossible to assume that anything produced by NASA is actually real. One could write a book hundreds of pages long docuмenting NASA fraud.
