Hello everyone - I am a Catholic flat earther look forward to much vibrant discussion.

Anybody notice that the flat earth threads are posted in the "Fighting Errors in the Modern World" subforum?

God has a sense of humor.

Hey, good to have you. I'm sure you'll find plenty to read along the way. May I ask how you came to knowledge of the flat earth?

Youtube by way of NASA.
Never did believe we went to the moon for many years. Have you seen that thing at the museum? Yeah, right, we went to the moon in a bucket made out of gold tinfoil and broomsticks. Don't think so.
Saw some YT videos a few years ago that made me rethink what I had never given much thought to before. But it's all right there before your eyes, totally flat. No curvature to be seen anywhere.
I reread the Book of Genesis and realized it all describes Creation exactly as we see it. God does not err, nor does He lie. His Word is Truth.

Hello, Tradplorable. Welcome to CathInfo!
.
I thought I should warn you:
.
Careful!
.
When you use the abbreviation "FE" on a Catholic Internet forum a lot of readers might think you're talking about Fish Eaters.
(FE was another forum of longstanding duration, now gone the way of the dinosaurs.)
.
As for fighting errors, for example, how the planet Saturn has been portrayed:

... and that many of the moon photos are accused of being "fake" because they don't show any stars in the sky.
.
I was wondering, as a flat-earther, how you might feel about Saturn so prominently visible like that, in the sky above the moon, because some of your comrades-in-arms proclaim Saturn to be among the "stars" visible in the "firmament" from earth. The distinction they make is that it is a "wandering star," since it moves with respect to the "fixed" stars.
.
In other words, does this photo which shows Saturn in the sky above the moonscape compensate somehow for not also showing other "stars" in the sky above the moon?
.

That photo looks almost as real as this one.
