According to Wikipedia Michelson–Gale–Pearson experiment proves rotation
Vatican 2 was worse than both WW1 and WW2 combined.
So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

  • The results were another nail in the coffin for the heliocentric model.  Quoting Michelson, “The data were almost unbelievable… There was only one
other possible conclusion to draw — that the Earth was at rest.”  The result?  They just dumped the existence of aether to get around the earth's non-rotation.  "Hey guys, we just dumped the problematic aether.  The earth is in motion!"

Can you explain to me, they claimed it was an altered version of the michaelson Morley experiment that magically explained the sagnac effect and somehow disproved the existence of luminiferous aether, Are they just lying as usual?

Well I already know that, it’s also flat like the base of a cathedral. And about 5979 years old.
