Catholics should listen to this exceptional talk by this priest. Meg, you're going to love this. This isn't for the faint of heart as there are 2 parts, an hour each, and they will take your full attention because you have to read the screen as well as listen. Catholic Theology and Philosophy come together in chiasms for better understanding of the present crisis of the Church, Fatima, Creation and the flat earth. Tons of information! Although the priest is probably simply geocentric, the discerning mind will more fully understand why flat earth has come to the attention of man in our day as we are witnesses to the return leg of a chiasm of Creation against science falsely so-called. The concept of chiasm (cross) reveals the incompatibility of circular reasoning and spherical earth.
This is the first of the two videos.
That is indeed a very good video. It's really nice to have priest (I assume that the man who is giving the conference is a priest?) who will address the issue of how the rejection of God and His creation has led to the terrible situation in the world today. I wish that more trad priests and bishops would address it as such.
I still don't really understand chiasms exactly. I'll have to watch that section of the video again. But there is much to understand anyway, as it is clearly explained and not difficult to understand.
Firstly, he gives an overview of revolutions and where they originate. He asks..."Why are there revolutions?" Answers:
+ Creatures (angels and men) resist conforming to the order established by God (and when you resist the order established by God, you revolt).
+ Lucifer rejected the Way provided for him to attain heaven - he became Satan (the adversary of God and men) and the first revolutionary.
+Adam and Eve followed his lead....and revolution entered the world.
+ +Ever since then man attempts to make the world conform to his fallen nature instead of seeking to conform himself to God's order....to the way God made things.
+ This failure to conform to God and His Order is the tap root of revolution.
Revolutions forget God; they blaze their own path and they tend toward atheism, atheism against God, wanting to forget God.
Aristotle vs. Descartes:
Starting point for Aristotle: the created world around him. He sought to understand the reality of creation and to conform his mind to it.
Descartes doubted all things created. His starting point: Man - his mind.....his perceptions….his imagination.
Credo vs. Dubito:
Credo ut intelligam: man humbly accepts and works with what God has given, namely, grace and Divine Revelation...nature and grace. Understanding and virtue will then follow because we are cooperating with God and how He created things.
Dubito, ut intelligam: seems to be the way of Descartes and modern man. Man proudly resists and doubts all things until he decides what is best for himself.
Credo rests on authority that comes from God. Kant resisted all authority.

IMO, the above is important, because it gives a basis for why revolutions occur. Aristotle at least tried to understand reality, even though he didn't have Divine Revelation to work from.
