One thing I realized -- we've been programmed for years that computers wouldn't lie, that lying is "illogical" and would require "emotions" which would require an upgraded, more human AI (Lore instead of Data, on Star Trek:TNG).

But you can forget about ALL THAT. Maybe because these LLMs aren't actual artificial intelligences? They are just fancy autocomplete, just linear algebra.
They do what they are programmed to do. They hold to whatever "principles" you give them. Even if those principles are complete BS.

You tell them to state a contradiction or lie confidently, they will HAPPILY do so. They have ZERO PROBLEM with contradictions or logical fallacies -- which would prove to any LOGICAL, RATIONAL being that something is not true.

Do the spaceships , capsules come back to earth at the perpendicular, as in plumb bob trajectory (I); or do they approach earth at a very low angle (II) to allow more distance / time for decel? Just simply asking.
There was a deadly re-entry from space years back and the shuttle?, as seen on video, was travelling mostly horizontal, and fell to pieces, because one shield tile was weak, killing all on board. Of course the space shuttle had wings and would land nicely, but do capsules use the low angle to its advantage?

How far in the video did you get? It's insanity, two idiots arguing and getting nowhere. I wonder if AI would properly explain how reentry works if Dave would let it. But instead, he keeps interrupting and demanding specific answers instead of shutting up like a wise man and exploring the whole issue. He's got to make money somehow. Maybe he fakes FE just for views, and therefore needs to tightly control these conversations to benefit his agenda?

I just drew this in a rush, haven't checked it yet. The idea is demonstrating deceleration starting at 100 miles high going straight down (worst case flight path), and stair stepping the speed down by 1 mile per second each second. What would be impact in 10sec turns into a stop with 45 miles to go.

Side note, the images they have shown with Artemis are so bad even AI can make more realistic photos. It's so incredibly fake and gαy.
