The following video gives a good idea what is happening in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey in Houston, TX.
There is a drive through a neighborhood near the Addick's Reservoir and all the personal belongings and Furniture
piled at the curve in front of the the houses. Most notable was an oversized Teddy Bear hanging from a
tree. Some of the furniture and the cabinets looks that they can be reused.
The More they have, the more they lost. The best is not to own lots of stuff.
Many signs posted on the streets willing to buy flooded houses. Many did not own flood insurance and lost
everything.
At the end there is an interview with a Red Cross Official in the George R Brown Convention Center. He
spoke English but in an foreign accent. He got some of his facts wrong.
