Paul says of the great apostasy "a revolt first and the man of sin be revealed", though he is careful to mention "you know what witholdeth" must be "taken out of the way" before the man of sin "that wicked one" is revealed.
Many private revelations refer to an era of victory over the great apostasy but before the Antichrist. Some say that the GCM must die before the Antichrist is revealed, thus placing him in the role of Katechon, albeit mysteriously as the Katechon also existed in Paul's time. Perhaps it's the final Pope who dies before this revealing... it's impossible to say... but not to speculate! I'd be tempted to state the Katechon was the Immaculate Heart, if Paul hadn't already said "he".
What happens under the Antichrist is the "great tribulation" of Matthew 24:21 or the 42 months of Revelation 11:2 or the "time of distress" from Daniel 12 that lasts for "a time and times and half a time" (1260 days).
Either way, Enoch and Elias are supposed to return to preach against the Antichrist. This is fairly common in traditionalist circles at least. You could leave out the Angelic Pope, the GCM, the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart but until an otherworldly evil and supernaturally powerful man enters the stage throwing false miracles left and right and before those two incredible prodigies of ancient times come around to bring fire down from Heaven, we aren't quite there yet.
