Weird weather

I don't know about anyone else, but, today here in southern Wisconsin it is 65 and we have a Tornado watch. In December. There's usually snow by mid-November here, a lot of it. I find this very, very strange.

A decent amount of snow and cold here in northern Alberta. We are blest to be in an Arctic outflow right now. Best Christmas-like weather here in many years. Deo gratias!

Weather modification from HAARP-type technology, most likely. Look it up if you are unfamiliar with it. Essentially, the technology uses high-powered radio waves, placed near the poles, are used to heat up sections of the ionosphere, causing changes in the jet stream and other things.
