  • So I just have to say, as a former resident of Texas, that some are stupid, some are WHINERS, and some are total geniuses.

    Wish I could get a $330,000 house for $16.

I wonder if this guy would go "shopping around" for me.... but somehow, I doubt it.

Still, KUDOS to this guy for being a complete and total genius.

And  :roll-laugh1: to the stupid neighbors whining about how this guy got his house for $16, and they're stuck paying $1500+/month mortgage payments.

A $330,000 home for $16? 'This is not a normal process'

FLOWER MOUND — A little-known Texas law and a foreclosure could have a man in Flower Mound living on Easy Street.

Flower Mound's Waterford Drive is lined with well-manicured $300,000 homes. So, when a new neighbor moved in without the usual sale, mortgage-paying homeowners had a few questions.

"What paperwork is it and how is it legally binding if he doesn't legally own the house?" said Leigh Lowrie, a neighboring resident. "He just squats there." ( :pop:  Talk about a WHINER!)

Lowrie and her husband said the house down the street was in foreclosure for more than a year and the owner walked away. Then, the mortgage company went out of business. ( :jumping2: Talk about awesome... I mean, the mortgage company going out of business. That part. Yeah.)

Apparently, that opened the door for someone to take advantage of the situation. But, Kenneth Robinson said he's no squatter. He said he moved in on June 17 after months of research about a Texas law called "adverse possession."

"This is not a normal process, but it is not a process that is not known," he said. "It's just not known to everybody."

He says an online form he printed out and filed at the Denton County courthouse for $16 gave him rights to the house. The paper says the house was abandoned and he's claiming ownership. ( :scratchchin: )

"I added some things here for my own protection," Robinson said.

The house is virtually empty, with just a few pieces of furniture. There is no running water or electricity.

But, Robinson said just by setting up camp in the living room, Texas law gives him exclusive negotiating rights with the original owner. If the owner wants him out, he would have to pay off his massive mortgage debt and the bank would have to file a complicated lawsuit. (  :cowboy: )

Robinson believes because of the cost, neither is likely. The law says if he stays in the house, after three years he can ask the court for the title.

He told News 8 his goal is to eventually have the title of the home and be named the legal owner of the home.

"Absolutely," he said. "I want to be owner of record. At this point, because I possess it, I am the owner."

Robinson posted "no trespassing" signs after neighbors asked police to arrest him for breaking in. (  :roll-laugh1: )

Flower mound officers say they can't remove him from the property because home ownership is a civil matter, not criminal. (  :judge: )

Lowrie and her neighbors continue to look for legal ways to get him out. They are talking to the mortgage company, real estate agents and attorneys. They're convinced he broke into the house to take possession, but Robinson told News 8 he found a key and he gained access legally. ( :roll-laugh1: :roll-laugh2: :applause: :dancing-banana: :laugh2: :laugh1: :jester: )

"If he wants the house, buy the house like everyone else had to," Lowrie said. "Get the money, buy the house." (  :cussing: ... as the moderns ask, "U MAD BRO?")

Robinson said he's not buying anything. As far as he's concerned, the $330,000 house is already his and he has the paperwork to prove it.   :applause:  :rahrah:

  • One of the priceless comments on this story:

"Hey babe lets get the news involve and show everyone how jealous we are and how much smarter he is than us.LOL "

     :roll-laugh1:

So, apparently this guy is black, which has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with it, but people are playing the race card already, acting like he's some kind of thief, but if he were white he would be a hero.

DISGUSTING. This other comment I wholeheartedly agree with.

"As a 'white' person. Let me just say that the next door neighbour deserves a slap. Many commenters have already said this, but if the man was not black, she wouldn't be complaining. Or then again, maybe she would still be jealous of him because she wasn't smart enough to find the law on the books. I say GOOD FOR HIM for finding the law. Survival of the fittest. I feel sorry for him for having such crappy neighbors. -D."

Me too. I think this guy was a total GENIUS, and his neighbors are crappy, and oughta be ashamed of themselves. It seems to me that they're guilty of the sin of envy. Someone's doing better than you, so you envy them, and try to make their life miserable to make yourself feel better so they can be miserable like you.

  • Oh, this is good.

And what he now needs to do is get ALODIAL title and not try to purchase the house from the bank in any way. If you have alodial title that mean you are not a tenant you own the property outright.

All you do is submit paper work( which you can find and copy from freedom-school.com under "paper arrows") to the court house stating that you are a freeman on the land a child of God etc. The court then has 3 months to refute this docuмent line by line. If they do not and they absolutely will not ( because that would be saying that we are slaves) then the property is his free of charge and the authorities can not come on it without first following your constitutional rights. Amish have this and other churches do this all the time.

It is possible to shut down the Zionist bankers, but it will take more than one Texan genius.

We can all stop being the slaves of the Zionist bankers, live free on the land God has made, and instead be slave of Mary. All legal using the bankers own rules.

  • P.S.

But really he is not a genius and he is definitely not a thief. Its pretty simple and we can all do this. Just a little education and of course many prayers.

The reason why the author calls the article about alodial title "Paper Arrows" is because out- smarting the bankers with their own rules using paper kills their thieving and murderous ways. No commandments are broken. In fact God would be very pleased.

  • I remember this sensational issue! One well-known squatter, Kenneth Robinson, was attempting to get a $330,000 home for the $16 filing fee. But have you heard the latest news? He has been evicted from the home he was occupying. Check this out: Courts are kicking adverse possession practitioners out of homes. Indeed, the said possession is a form of squatting, which is trespassing. That is the reason why the endeavor called adverse possession, has been quashed by numerous court decisions. Now, I am wondering, will Mr. Robinson give up or will he fight some more?
