It would be interesting to see if you could rank them in terms of spiritual cleanness, perhaps by gaging it by the average percentage of the population in the state of sanctifying grace on any given day!

I wonder how old that list is.
Canada used to be a very clean country, but the last five years with high immigration I doubt we'd even make the list now.
Last summer there was a video going around of an adult immigrant defecating in the Walmart parking lot and when people yelled at them they were actually quite indignant about the whole issue.
