More power to them to love the Carmelites, to want to be Carmelites, to want to live like Carmelites. But, they shouldn't be calling themselves Carmelites because they aren't. They can take private vows of chastity and poverty, but not obedience. They must wait for jurisdictional authority to really become Carmelites.
