Yep. Technically perfectly legal per the First Amendment because the Satanic Temple is considered (government-wise) a church in the United States.

This was done recently. IRS recognizes them as a “church”.

That is one statue that needs to be torn down. 

That isnt a religion. That is anti Catholic hate group.
