I'm not sure that the towers would just repel storms. I think they could add heat energy, but I wonder how they could steer rain clouds? Heat expansion of the air will only have a limited repelling effect probably equivalent to a slow wave, because the air stops expanding once heated, and must contract eventually when it cools. Our weather naturally blows east. How do we know that the tower energy emissions detected in the video aren't intermittent just because of morning fog/clouds or something like that causing an increased radar signal?
