Is fluoridated water in all our packaged foods and drinks? I thought about how bad it would be to have fluoride in food in Mexico via salt and not being to avoid it unlike water. However just as I was eating dinner it hit me: What if there is fluoridated water in all our pops and seltzers too?

Yes, fluoride is in everything. They even put it in spring water and distilled water. They want to poison us.

Ah so how does one recover from getting retarded due to fluoride water? I have been drinking that stuff for years and I probably have a lot of micro plastics in my organs.

I don't know. I drink it too. I have heard of new agers and trad types who take herbs and supplements that supposedly "decalcify your pineal gland" but I have never tried them myself.

Filter your water/collect it off your roof. Do not use municipal water for cooking or drinking.
-
What are you talking about? I drink fluoride water all of the time and I look and feel fine

Use a graphene water filter:

(works without 5G)

Not true in general.
I sometimes get drinking water from a local bottler and they definitely do not add anything.
Distillation removes most impurities including fluoride. Spring water usually won't have fluoride unless it is present in water naturally in the region. Water purified by reverse osmosis should have essentially no fluoride.

We drink only filtered rainwater since 1982.

I got a filter but my issue is I drink seltzer water.

Why seltzer water? I have never tried it and am not familiar with it. Does it have a medicinal purpose or is it a matter of personal taste?

I'd recommend getting a CO2 setup and adding flavors on your own, this is what my family does. Cheaper too, it's $20 for a refill on a tank that lasts a year!

Do you recommend any carbonator devices?

Yes, get a DrinkMate. You can attach a CO2 hose from a tank to the fitment on the back of the DrinkMate. Get a 20lb+ tank to save cash. The DrinkMate uses proprietary water bottles but you can 3D print an adapter for whatever metal bottle you like or for plain old 5 gallon jugs. Look online for the hose fitment setups, there are tons of tutorials on this. Experiment with flavoring your water, but honestly I prefer rainwater through this.
As for water... Make a 2 stage water filter IMO since you live in the city have a flouride stage and a general filtration stage and get some filters for both. Buy 3 5-gallon buckets and you should be set, maybe get a little tap from a hardware store if you wanna be fancy. Just drill holes that will fit your chosen filters and you are set. Easy, cheap way to escape the municipal water trap.
Have you thought about collecting rainwater? Even in an apartment setup you can do this, well worth it.

I have a water filter myself. Could you make soda with the machine too? It just hit me yesterday sodas probably are filled with Fluoride. I might collect rainwater.

@Cryptinox
Buy fluoride test strips, and check whether your water/seltzer contains fluoride, at all.

My wife has made root beer (fermented). There's a lot of experimentation you can do, this is really an enormous rabbit hole and you just have to put in some time and research plus experiment.

Ok do you have any photos of the machine? They are selling a soda stream in my for 62.99 I want to know the steps to do this to the machine. I am pretty sure it would be more expensive if I just used cartridges.

Do not go with the OEM cartridges. Get it with this hose and adapter: https://www.trinitysupply.com/CO2-Hose-adapter-For-soda-machine-p/498.htm
You simply get a CO2 tank that is food-grade and hook it up to the back of the Drinkmate. That link has a video too on how to set it up.
