TODAY started Obama's ATF rule 41F regarding taxable transfer of NFA (National Firearms Act) items (silencers, machine guns, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, destructive devices, and AOWs, such as cane guns, pen guns). ...which, heinous as that is, does not even remotely approach the rate at which governments kill people.

Not including war, 20th century governments killed about 1/3 BILLION of their own citizens who had been disarmed first.

Of any group, governments are the least deserving of a monopoly on arms.
