  • I’m for equality for all under God.  No one deserves to be mistreated because of the color of their skin.  The hatred has to stop.

Were they doing this to protest racial injustice?
My grandfather did the same thing after the big hurricanes of the early 20th century. The whole countryside was flooded. He got in his boat and rowed over to the general store and picked up cans and boxes of food that was floating around.
We all have a right to property but not if that right means that other people will starve.

  • What your grandfather did was to get food to survive.

After Katrina, people were stealing televisions, Jєωelry etc.  Looters were breaking into homes that people had evacuated stealing valuables.  That was stealing.

The looting and destruction going on today is stealing. No one has a right to steal.

  • What your grandfather did was to get food to survive. That is understandable.

The looters of present times were taking electronics, televisions,  etc. That is stealing.   The looters at Katrina were robbing homes that people had evacuated.  That was stealing.
I will give you that about the electronics etc... But a lot of the looters were going at the grocery stores and other places where there was food and diapers etc...

  • Many looters were breaking into people’s private homes that were evacuated.  People who worked hard for a living and lost everything in the flood now had to be robbed on top of the flood.
