Actually, what is a hoax, is the notion that an unnamed journalist, which does not quote any of its sources, leaks on a report prepared supposedly for Vladimir Putin, that details the thug of war between the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn.

I’ll note that the very same device (anonymous reporters, quoting no sources, reporting on scientific report prepared for the Kremlin supposedly) was used to spread awful lies and posted here, to the effect that dispersants used by BP in the Gulf would kill thousands of people in the U.S.

The structure is so similar, that I suspect the same disinformation agent(s).
