    • Whoa. Just got to the part where he's in the hardware store and buys a 1911 with cash, no paperwork, nothing, as if it were a screwdriver or a hammer. And that's presented as totally normal. My jaw crashed all the way down. The world has changed so much since 1962, and not for the better. :(

    EDIT: Wait, I spoke too soon. A minute later the store owner starts talking about a background check and waiting period or something. I guess this garbage started early in California. They certainly are still ahead of most other states in this regard. ::)
