  • Could be propaganda, and given the spotty nature of modern power grids, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a legitimate blackout. I know we're just getting over a heat wave here in WI and my stupid AC died (which I have no money to fix, praise God).

    If last February is any indicator of how fragile and terribly managed Texas's power grid is, then it's real. Unfortunate, because that would mean the second-biggest state hasn't learned anything.
