For anyone that has attempted to start living more off-grid (I assume it's a long process), or get into homesteading, or to be less dependent on 'the system', do you have any advice? I'm particularly interested in the ideal size of acres for a piece of land. Assume a small garden and a few animals. Not a farm. Thanks in advance for any advice.
