I posted a link to a news article and quoted the Kenyan law. Where is the mistake?
I need to spell this out for you? You made your opinion of the gofundme clear in your first and third posts in the thread, you believe it to be a scam. Your fourth post links an article saying "attempted ѕυιcιdє is no longer a crime in Kenya" which, to anyone with half a brain, is you attempting to catch the supposed perpetrators of the scam in a lie, as the woman is allegedly being tried for attempted ѕυιcιdє
after the section of the Penal Code was ruled unconstitutional. I replied to you showing that the gofundme already made mention of that ruling, and that the woman is still being tried nonetheless. I do not know how Kenyan law works, neither do you. A judge ruling that the section is unconstitutional does not necessarily mean the penal code will be immediately revised..this is possibly evidenced by the official Kenya Law website still listing Section 226 in the Penal Code as a misdemeanor which can carry a sentence of up to two years and a fine
