  • So as to not confuse my critics, I have decided( as some may have noted) to use the MJ emoticon when posting something while I am under the influence of same.

  • When you are "under the influence", huh? Well thankyou for proving our point, Roscoe.

    Under The Influence

    (n) Under the influence phrase is used when someone is not acting in his full consciousness state of mind. Such state of mind may occur due to intake of alcohol, excessive seductive medicine or intoxicating drugs etc.Contracts entered 'under the influences' are not enforceable.

  • What is the source for the info that 'MJ in most markets today is not natural....'?

As far as being under the influence,  I am not inducing or being induced to 'signing a contract' with anyone here so the point is lost on me.

Exactly how much alcohol( or other substance) does one have to be under the influence of to render a contract inenforcable?

What is the source of the info-- Is it Canon Law or Alex's law?
