Title: Good cars that have cheaper rebadged versions?
Post by: Cryptinox on September 15, 2021, 03:40:18 PM
So I was doing my research and I learned the Chevy/Geo Prizm is basically just a rebadged Corolla. I wonder how many other cars are out there that are nice but cheaper just cause of the brand.

The Dacia brand is basically cheaper Renaults with more basic detailing and equipment. Surveys indicate they are reliable.

Don’t buy an Audi.  Two people I knew had theirs go on fire while sitting in traffic.

Years ago, I had a Chevy Prism that was actually a Toyota.  It ran great, bought it with 56K miles on it and ran it into the ground when the transmission failed at 210K miles.  I got like $100 for parts.
